Order Status and Shipping
we ship WORLDWIDE!
Due to everything in our store being handmade and made to order, our current turnaround time is 10-14 business days. We are working everyday to improve our process and are currently in the process of pre-making bulk inventory. Because of this, some orders may ship before this processing time. If you need an order by a specific date, we recommend reaching out via Instagram message @royalcollectionsandco or emailing us at royalcollectionsandco@gmail.com BEFORE placing your order to see if we can accomodate your request.
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Domestic orders take 2-5 business day to arrive and International orders can take up to 3 weeks.
Royal Collections and Co. is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or customs delays.
Please verify your shipping address before processing your order to ensure it will be delivered to the correct address. Once your order is placed, if notice your address is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible to make a change to your order.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time, since everything in our store is handmade and made to order, Royal Collections and Co. cannot accept cancellations or changes once it has been 24 hours since the order has been placed. If you have an issue with the order you placed or placed it multiple times by accident, please contact us within 24 hours and we will get this resolved for you.
At this time, we also do not accept returns for refunds. If you receive your item and it does not fit, please contact us within 72 hours to exchange it for the correct size. We are unable to accept ANY exchanges for custom or personalized items (bandanas with any text, custom sizing or a personalized tshirt) so please double check our sizing chart listed under each bandana before placing your order. If you have any questions about our sizing, please feel free to reach out via Instagram or email.
Sizing
Bandanas
Our reversible bandanas were custom made to fit your pet's neck to comfort. They feature a rounded neck to ensure they lay nicely, without making your pet uncomfortable. We use twill straps on the ends of your bandana to make tying your bandana simple (especially around the our fluffy friends) but the fabric covers the sides of their neck enough so so it stays trendy and fashionable.
Our size chart below features our recommended neck sizes for each bandana size. These are neck size recommendations in inches, not the length of the bandana. To ensure proper sizing, please measure the neck circumference of your pet and remember to include an extra half inch for comfort.
x-small: up to 9" neck
small: 10"-13" neck
medium: 14"-17" neck
large: 18"-22" neck
x-large: 22"-25" neck
Bowties
- standard: approximately 4.5" W x 2" H
- large: approximately 6" W x 3" H
- Fits all collar sizes with a strip of velcro for extra security.
- If your collar is wider than 1.5" , please contact us when placing your order so we can attach a longer strip of velcro. If your collar is extra skinny, the velcro can be cut to create the best fit.
Dog Bed Covers
Small: 20" x 30." Fits one queen size pillow.
Medium: 25" x 35." Fits two standard pillows.
Large: 30" x 40." Fits two king size pillows.
Extra Large: 33" x 45." Fits three king size pillows.
